How soon will I receive my order?
As all of my products are handmade to order I have no stock of ‘ready-made’ products that can be simply packaged up and posted the same day.
All orders will usually be made the weekend after you order. Most orders should therefore be received by the Wednesday.

Can I return my item if I don’t like it?
I have a 30-day Returns Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that personalised products are excluded from this policy and are also exempt from the 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Any product on this website that requires any field to be typed in before purchase will be considered to be a personalised product.
How do I apply the stickers?
For best results, apply to a smooth, hard surface such as plastic or glass, without any ridges or texture. The most important thing is to ensure the surface is clean and dry - if there is dirt on the surface, the sticker will stick to the dirt instead of your surface!
If the stickers are applied correctly, to a suitable surface, they should last through any weather, for many years.
For one-piece stickers:
peel from the backing and place in position.
then smooth the sticker out from the centre to the edges, to eliminate any air bubbles.
if there is a film over the top, as with UV DTF stickers, peel this away from the sticker, keeping it low and flat rather than pulling upwards.
For multiple piece stickers (with transfer tape over the top):
carefully remove the backing from the sticker, so that the sticker is still attached to the transfer tape at the front.
place in position, then smooth the stickers down firmly.
finally, very carefully peel the transfer tape away from the sticker, keeping it low and flat rather than pulling upwards.
if any vinyl lifts from the surface, put the transfer tape back and smooth the sticker onto the surface some more.
How do I apply the fabric labels?
For best results, apply to a cotton/polycotton item (and make sure that whatever item you are applying it to can be ironed!). Fabric labels are made with heat transfer vinyl (HTV). Heat activates the glue, so it needs steady heat and some pressure in order to apply it to your item. A domestic iron will do the job - you just need to be a bit more patient with it than with a heat press.
place your item on a hard, flat surface - not an ironing board, it’s too squishy!
using a household iron - cotton setting, around 150°C, no steam - iron the spot where the label will go for about 5 seconds.
place the label on the item, with the design the right way round, plastic carrier on top, then lay a thin cloth or baking paper over the label.
hold the iron down firmly for 15 to 20 seconds, leaning into it. For a label wider than the iron, do it in overlapping sections.
let it cool, until it's only just warm. Peel the clear carrier sheet back slowly, keeping it low and flat rather than pulling upwards.
if any vinyl lifts with the carrier, stop. Lay it straight back down, press again for another 10 seconds, let it cool and try again.
with the carrier off and the cloth back over the top, give it another press for 5 seconds.
do not wash for at least 24 hours; the glue is still curing.
Looking after it - wash inside out at 30°C, on a gentle cycle, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly onto the label. Applied properly and looked after, these will outlast the item they're on.

How durable is the special effect vinyl?
With standard vinyl, the colour runs throughout, not just on the top. The vinyl with special effects such as rainbow holographic, has the effect laid over the top of the vinyl. Because of this, it is possible that with heavy wear and tear, the special effect may begin to ‘rub off’ over time.
If your vinyl will be placed where it may be subject to particularly heavy wear and tear, it may be better to opt for a plain colour.
Do you sell children’s clothing, toys or equipment?
No, I do not. There are additional regulations and labelling requirements when selling items for children, and as my main focus is making equipment for use around the stable yard, it’s not something that fits within my business.
